The following protocols outline the Perinatal Institute's regional consent protocol for the secondary use of data.
They are based around information given to each mother at the beginning of pregnancy (see page 2 of the Pregnancy Notes)
The Institute receives all completed opt-out
documents, stores them securely in electronic
form and processes their contents to ensure that
they will not be used in subsequent reports
